Beginning Semester 2 2024, or as negotiated with the successful candidate, the School is seeking to appoint a passionate, dynamic and experienced Psychologist to provide a high-quality counselling service to students (Kindergarten - Year 12) and offer support, guidance and advice to families and staff in matters relating the wellbeing of our students.

To be successful in this exciting role you will: â¢Have proven competence in working with students providing counselling, assessment, appropriate intervention, case management, liaison and referrals
?Provide support and guidance to staff and families for targeted programs for students
?Demonstrate your capability to work collaboratively with and provide expert advice to the broader student wellbeing teams, colleagues, school communities, external agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
?Ability to maintain appropriate records (including digital) and ensure compliance with professional guidelines of record keeping and confidentiality.
?Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a collaborative team and have a good sense of humour.
?Be supportive of the Anglican Ethos of the Grafton Diocese and of the schools mission and values.
Mandatory requirements: ?Registration as a Psychologist by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
?Eligibility for membership of the Australian Psychological Society (APS)
?Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) is mandatory
?Experience working in the Education sector would be highly advantageous
