Focusing on leading innovation through Montessori National Curriculum pedagogy, you will model the school's values and deliver educational excellence.
You will inspire staff and students to foster meaningful connections with community and to create an innovative, collaborative, and thriving school.
In your new role, you will:
Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership of the School, supported by the Committee of Management.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, families, staff, and the wider community.
Develop and implement initiatives aligned to achieving the values, vision, philosophy, and strategic objectives of the school.
Work with the teaching, support, and administrative staff, the Deputy Principal of Early Years, and the Committee of Management.
You will have:
Extensive experience in leading pedagogical strategy development and implementation within a school setting, with Montessori experience preferred but not essential.
Strong interpersonal skills for building effective relationships with students and families, community members, and stakeholders.
Proven track record in developing and executing innovative strategies that engage students, families, and the broader community in school life.
Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives and aligning school initiatives with strategic plans, while effectively managing resources and contributing to school leadership.
