About the roleColumba Catholic College, Charters Towers is seeking an experienced enrolments and administrative professional.
This is a permanent, Term- time position completing 35 hours per week.The role will commence as soon as practicable.The permanent, term time (45 week) position consists of 35 hours per week during the school term, plus an additional 5 weeks, 1 week prior to Term 1 commencing an additional week at the completion of Term 4 and 1 week during each school holiday period.The role of School Officer – Enrolments & Administration works in collaboration with the other Administration staff to support the effective coordination of the school office.
As an initial point of contact, it is integral, the School Officer – Enrolments & Administration presents a professional image and creates a welcoming, warm and positive impression whether via phone, email or in person.The School Officer – Enrolments & Administration will be required to undertake a broad range of administrative tasks to support the school community and will offer diversity within the scope of work being undertaken.
