About the RoleAs the School Management and Learning Systems Support Coordinator, you will:
Supervise and coordinate the School Management and Learning Systems Level 1 support activities to ensure that initial support to clients is efficient and effective.Develop and mentor School Management and Learning Systems support staff, manage job queues, and assist support managers with completion of projects and resolution of major incidents.You will have responsibility for undertaking a range of tasks that contribute to providing support for School Management and Learning Systems incidents, service requests and requests for advice. You will be required to:
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of School Management and Learning Systems and associated modules, and provide high-level advice regarding their application.Monitor customer service and service desk functions, and collect performance data to assist with the specification, development, research and evaluation of service standards.Assist with processes related to School Management and Learning Systems major incidents and coordinate the activities of Level 1 staff during the management of major incidents.Supervise the work of individuals and teams and allocate routine tasks and/or project work, providing direction, support and guidance as necessary.Please view the Role Description for a full list of responsibilities.
