Management (Community Services & Development)
The School Lunch Program Manager oversees the planning, steering, and management of the School Lunch Program. The role requires authentic, values-based leadership, coupled with strategic thinking and operational excellence to ensure the School Lunch Program is delivered effectively, meets objectives and maintains alignment with the overall strategic goals of School Food Matters. The School Lunch Program Manager will work closely with internal teams and external partners and stakeholders to further build the School Lunch Program and drive meaningful outcomes.
Remuneration
The position is covered under the conditions of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 and is aligned with Level 7, plus superannuation. Salary packaging is available.
The position is full-time 37.5 hrs per week whilst Tasmanian Government funding for the School Lunch Program is available.

Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to inform, advocate and influence. Ability to negotiate desired outcomes from a program management, health promotion, nutritional and/or community development perspective. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, manage projects effectively, and work in a collaborative, team environment. Ability to build commitment from the project team leveraging strengths and resolving any skills gaps. Ability to problem solve and design innovative approaches. Oversee and monitor the programs progression, identifying and communicating any changes or movement of priorities. Knowledge of, or ability to acquire knowledge of the program's outputs and outcomes at all levels. SELECTION CRITERIA ( to be addressed in application)
