School Leader C Inclusion and HASSPart-time PermanentDetails: Mount Stromlo High School is looking for a strategic, connected, and genuine School Leader C of Inclusion and HASS to join our Executive team to lead and unite the school community.
We are a Year 7-10 secondary school with approximately 840 students.
Our community is centred around our values of respect, responsibility and learning.
As a member of a genuine, connected and strategic executive team, you will achieve whole-school goals and implement the school improvement plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Co-lead the implementation of our Inclusion Model across the school.Co-lead and manage the Inclusion and HASS teams with a focus on high levels of learning for all students through collaboration and data-informed practice.Undertake an appropriate teaching load and other duties as determined by the Principal.Lead the Inclusion and HASS teams to maintain a Professional Learning Community, demonstrating positive and respectful relationships with staff, students and the wider school community.Eligibility/ Other Requirements: A minimum of four years full-time (or equivalent) tertiary study leading to the award of a recognised school teaching qualification.A current full teaching registration with the ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) (or eligibility for teacher registration with the ACT TQI).A current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required.Note: This position is part-time at (22:05) hours per week and the full-time salary noted above will be pro-rata.
