You will lead a cohort of schools, driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, and supporting school leaders to operate with confidence and in alignment with CESL's mission and values.Key ResponsibilitiesEmbody and promote the principles of Catholic Teaching, fostering a sense of community and shared mission across schools.Oversee and report on compliance, ensuring schools meet regulatory requirements and adhere to CESL policies.Provide guidance to principals and school leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to address complex issues in key areas such as safeguarding, finance, human resources, and learner growth.About YouYou will hold a Masters in Education or related field; Victorian Institute of Teaching registration; current unrestricted Victorian Driver's Licence.Proven experience in school leadership or educational administration, with a strong understanding of governance and compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
