The Role As a School Improvement Leader, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of education and ensuring the safety and well-being of students across our Catholic schools. You will lead a cohort of schools, driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, and supporting school leaders to operate with confidence and in alignment with CESL's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities Embody and promote the principles of Catholic Teaching, fostering a sense of community and shared mission across schools. Oversee and report on compliance, ensuring schools meet regulatory requirements and adhere to CESL policies. Provide guidance to principals and school leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to address complex issues in key areas such as safeguarding, finance, human resources, and learner growth. About You You will hold a Masters in Education or related field; Victorian Institute of Teaching registration; current unrestricted Victorian Driver's Licence. Proven experience in school leadership or educational administration, with a strong understanding of governance and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students. Strong analytical skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
