This role is designed to support the Community Engagement and Growth team across a range of innovative and strategic projects to ensure the improved enrolment growth in MACS school as part of the delivery of the strategic plan. This role would suit an Project Manager with an ability to motivate project teams, recognise and develop potential in others. The Community Engagement and Growth team is focused on fostering positive connections with MACS families, community partners and parishioners, to maximise enrolments.WHAT YOU WILL DOLead the MACS 2030 strategic program specifically around the enrolment strategy with a focus on annual outcomesLead the team responsible for developing, delivering and implementing enrolment optimisation strategies and projectsDevelop, maintain, and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders including school leaders, parish communities, and local authorities, to align growth strategies and business requirements.Oversee the creation of project documentation, creating high-quality transparent status reports and documents for senior and executive staff, regarding project progress and financial performance to assist with strategic decision-makingLead project planning sessions, oversee deliverables and hold accountability for delivering on all time-sensitive outcomes to ensure projects meet the required deadlines, adapt milestones/goals as requiredABOUT YOUA deep understanding, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for making high-level change in education systems for improved education systems and reformDemonstrated success achieving customer growth targets in education, services or other relevant sectorsProven experience in preparing clear project proposals, defining scope and goals in measurable terms, and defining monitoring, status reporting and communication requirements in an education environmentAbility to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to achieve project goalsProven capacity for innovation and operational excellence with an ability to motivate project teams, recognise and develop potential in others, and identify and act on opportunities to provide coaching and mentoringHOW TO APPLYPlease refer to the position description for further details about the role and the Key Selection Criteria.2.
