The Director of Schools, Diocese of Wollongong, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced personnel for this full time position of School Finance and Fee Liaison Administrative Support Officer, with Catholic Education Diocese of Wollongong (CEDoW).

This officer works as part of a team responsible for financial transactions and administrative processes on behalf of both schools and the Catholic Education Office under a centralised services environment.
Applicants will be supportive of the ethos and mission of Catholic Education in the Diocese of Wollongong and understand the key purpose of this position as a focused customer service role, ultimately serving the needs of the students and staff in our Catholic schools.
ABOUT YOU Extensive knowledge of finance and administration packages.
Knowledge of TechOne and Compass is desirable.Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service standards and maintain high stakeholder satisfaction.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a team member who supports and works well with colleagues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and schedule work accordingly.Attention to detail in all work processes including administrative work.Experience working with Google Applications including Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendars and GMailQUALIFICATIONS Certificate IV/Diploma in a finance related qualificationMinimum three years' experience in accounts receivable/payableWORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE This role is classified as child related work and therefore we require a working with children clearance to be completed prior to your commencement with us.
