In this Role, you'll: Become a Road Safety Hero that is held in very high esteem in our communities and vital to the safety of our kids, parents, teachers, and local motorists. Provide relief at sites in the Central Coast Local Government Area. Work shifts between school zone hours 8.00 to 9.30 AM and 2.30 to 4.00 PM, with a minimum of one hour shift as required Monday to Friday during the school term. Receive an hourly rate along with superannuation. About you: You're a community-minded person who would like to contribute.
You'd get a kick out of making community relationships, keeping kids safe whilst earning a weekly wage for doing something you love and enjoy.
You're reliable and prepared to show up for your community - in good or bad weather.
You'll display effective communication skills and be alert to potential dangers.

Applicants must be 18 years of age at the time of appointment.
All training, uniforms, and equipment will be provided.
As you'll be working with children on our roads, your willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check, and a Health Assessment is vital.
Don't worry if you haven't done this before, we will help you through the process!
If you already have a Working with Children Check, that's fantastic as that will speed up the process.
