About the Role Responsibilities include:
Listen and understand using empathy and compassion, to initial telephone contact with parents, carers and other community members' regarding concerns or complaints and refer them back to the school to negotiate a suitable outcome.Provide advice to parents, carers and other community members on a broad range of departmental policies and guidelines and assist them with their understanding of such policy and guidelines.Liaise between the parents, carers and other community members and the school, to achieve a suitable outcome and resolution of relevant issues.Foster open effective communication, and develop relationships to enhance the likelihood of resolution of concerns between parents, carers, other community members and school personnel.Please view the Role Description for a full list of responsibilities.
