School-Based / Full-Time Apprenticeship - Baking

If you are passionate about bread and dough, consider a Certificate III in Baking.

During your apprenticeship, you will be provided with mentoring while you complete on-the-job and off-the-job training.

What will you be doing?
Our Host employer creates authentic, wholesome, ethical, and delicious baked goods.
Their authentic sourdoughs are leavened (fermented) with a natural, wild culture of yeasts and healthy bacteria.
No preservatives or any other additives are used.
You will undertake a variety of tasks, including: Prepare dough and baked goods Deliver best practice food and kitchen hygiene Work in a fast-paced and challenging environment Ensure a professional approach to communication and teamwork You must be team-oriented and passionate about employment in the food industry.
