Part-time PermanentCloses: 22 November 2024Details: Macgregor Primary School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced school administrator. The successful applicant will be required to maintain school attendance data, produce high-quality publications, and provide a friendly and welcoming environment for our entire school community.
The Student Services Administrative Officer will: Be the first point of contact for our community, ensuring high-level customer service is provided to all internal and external stakeholders.Ensure school attendance data is maintained accurately following policy and procedural guidelines.Produce various publications including the school newsletter using various systems.Be capable of prioritizing in a dynamic environment, maintaining a high attention to detail.If you would like to join a fun, high-functioning team, then we want to meet you. Eligibility/ Other Requirements: MANDATORY Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required. For further information on Working with Vulnerable People registration refer to - Working with vulnerable people (WWVP) registration (act.gov.au).
First aid Certificate or a willingness to undertake appropriate training.
DESIRABLE Experience in an administration role in an education setting.
Note: This position is part-time at (19:35) hours per week and the full-time salary noted above will be pro-rata. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
