About the Role
The Administrative Officer is responsible for contributing to the smooth operation of the school by providing professional, efficient, and effective clerical support. This position is integral to maintaining the day-to-day functions of the school, including managing communications, handling inquiries, organising records, and assisting staff and students.

Key Responsibilities
Provide executive support to senior staff and associated school committees.
Draft correspondence, including in relation to confidential matters.
Implement enrolment processes and maintenance of the student database.
Coordinate school functions and events.
Assist with the induction of new staff including Casual Teachers.
Prepare the school budget and manage cash management accounts.
Qualifications
Working with Children's Check (WWCC) registration.
First Aid Certificate (or the willingness to obtain)
Selection Criteria
Demonstrated ability to operate a range of office equipment and adapt to technology.
High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Other Eligibility Criteria
You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be eligible to apply for this position.
