Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Administration Officer. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting the School Administration Team and dealing with parents and visitors to the College. 
Key Responsibilities: Administration duties will include:
Responding to phone and office enquiries from parents, teachers and visitors to the collegeAssisting with filing and maintaining accurate school recordsPreparing items for mailing and posting themParticipate in school eventsScan and electronically file documentsOther administration duties as requested by the Principal or Business ManagerRequirements: Current Driver's LicenceCurrent Working with Children CheckExperience with Windows software, especially Outlook, Word and ExcelAttention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlinesAbility to work independently but more importantly participate effectively as part of a teamStrong interpersonal and communication skills.1 to 2 year experience in a similar role, preferableExperience with Synergetic/Seqta software is an advantage?How to Apply: Interested applicants should submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their qualifications and relevant experience to the principal at [email protected].
