As a Scholarly Services Librarian, you will: Build undergraduate, postgraduate and HDR student capacity by responding to queries and designing, creating, delivering and evaluating in person learning experiences as well as synchronous or asynchronous digital and hybrid learning experiences.Liaise with teaching staff and learning designers to understand the digital literacy needs of a unit and/or course and advise on appropriate support for the same including open education resources and practices.Build researcher capacity in the key strategic areas of expert systematic search support, including the proof-reading and creation of systematic search strategies for research teams; scholarly communication and publication, including open access; research metrics and reporting including author profiles and the creation of individual or group research metrics reports; and research data management support and training.Build and maintain knowledge of resources relevant to the support of specific discipline areas within the broad area of STEMM.Incorporate generative AI knowledge and skills into teaching, capacity building, and ways of working.To be successful, you'll have: A Degree with at least 4 years subsequent relevant experience; orExtensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; orAn equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training in library and information science conferring eligibility for Associate membership of the Australian Library and Information Association, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or training.Relevant qualification and/or experience in specified discipline/s or industries.Advanced knowledge of digital literacy programs and pedagogies.Knowledge of bibliometrics and impact reporting.Knowledge of expert searching and systematic reviews.Knowledge of open education principles and practices.Knowledge of scholarly communication and publishing.Experience in the design and delivery of face to face and online Library workshops and modules.Here's how to apply:  Only people with the right to work in Australia may apply for this position.
