The Project Manager will manage small project teams using internal and external resources to deliver One Schneider solutions to clients. Our projects range from small to large technical services packages with high levels of system integration and can be on construction sites or within operating Data Centers.
The Project Manager will manage multiple projects via the Schneider Electric Customer Project Process and will be responsible for ensuring schedules and budgets are achieved whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Compliance with the Customer Project Process is a requirement and projects will be audited for compliance.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
A history of being able to deliver small to medium high-profile projects with successful outcomes for both the client and company Must have an excellent financial acumen with strong abilities in reporting and forecasting Ability to communicate with senior management and sub-contractors Strong reporting and presenting skills will be required when presenting to the client and internal stakeholders (Steering Committee Meetings) Ability to build a team quickly and work with that team to drive the project to completion. A background in delivering design and construct technical services packages in a construction environment Responsibilities Work as part of the SPAC Projects team, attend team meetings, 1 to 1 sessions with manager and project finance updates Deliver projects to achieve desired outcomes Manage projects to ensure margin and profitability are maintained or improved Ensure compliance to the Schneider Electric Customer Project Process Manage Risk and opportunity across all projects Maintain a high level of Customer Satisfaction Ideal Candidate Trade based qualification in electrical or refrigeration trade and / or University Degree and/or Post Graduate qualification or relevant experience Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent OR must achieve certification within 12 months At least 2 Years of Project Management experience required preferably in the Data Centre industry.
