We've got a great opportunity for an experienced Freight Forwarder to join our small but effective team in Darwin .
You'll play a key role in executing shipments for our clients, ensuring the day-to-day management of their unique cargo is executed without fuss and with the highest level of customer service, professionalism, and care.
Your role will cover:
Co-ordinating the operational requirements of shipments, including job registration etc.
Developing quotations for air/sea and/or domestic road transportation.
Providing outstanding customer service and effective communication to our clients.
Producing timely and accurate invoicing.
Attending vessel and quarantine inspections.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous Freight Forwarding and/or Supply Chain experience.
Previous exposure to Customs and Quarantine.
Effective problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the square.
Ability to work independently and proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
