Role Overview Our Far North Queensland office continues to grow, and we are looking for a dedicated Scheduling Officer to join a team of professionals in delivering the highest possible quality of client care.
The role suits a highly organised person with a cheerful manner and who has a genuine compassion for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
In this role, you will be mainly responsible for:
Scheduling, planning, and organising care staff workloads to meet both client and business needs;Reviewing, refining, and improving rosters whilst maintaining budgets;Minimising overtime and unnecessary travel and non-productive staff time;Maintaining consistency of services to clients in terms of service time and care staff;Rostering day-to-day urgent situations as they arise promptly;Resolving issues and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment to meet client/business needs;Working within tight deadlines.Additionally, we offer:
