Join us and be part of something truly special!Your Role:As a Scheduling Officer, you'll be the linchpin of our operations, ensuring staff are rostered efficiently and accurately.
Your work will directly contribute to the well-being of our clients and the smooth running of our services.What You'll Do:Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Be the friendly voice and helpful hand that ensures our clients are happy and satisfied.Master Administration and Scheduling: Keep our operations running like clockwork by documenting, optimising, maintaining, and publishing staff rosters.
Ensure all documentation is completed and forwarded to Payroll accurately and on time.Champion Our Christian Values: Embody and promote our Christian values, fostering a positive and supportive culture.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to the overall success of Anglicare At Home.What We're Looking For:Experience in community-based aged care servicesProficiency in using rostering systems, preferably in a home care environmentAbility to work effectively in a dynamic teamFlexibility and adaptability to changeStrong communication skills (both written and verbal)Exceptional time management and multi-tasking abilitiesA commitment to safety and Christian valuesAbout Us:Anglicare Sydney is a leading and highly regarded community NFP organisation in Australia.Our vision is to see Jesus Christ honoured, lives enriched and communities strengthened.
