Scheduling Officer

Accord Care has a fantastic opportunity for a Scheduling Officer to join our team effective immediately. The scheduling officer will respond directly to the Scheduling team leader. As a scheduling officer, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and scheduling casual and part-time staff shifts for the company.
The successful applicant will be highly adaptable and an active team player.
Skills and ExperienceThe applicant will have previous experience working in a similar role, particularly knowledge of best practice rostering procedures in a similar industry.Accuracy and attention to detail with data entry.Effective communication and time management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with staff and managers to coordinate shifts.Well-developed capacity to manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work to deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.Previous experience with rostering software like Deputy (preferably).Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Ability to perform other duties as required.Ability to use relevant software and scheduling systems.IMMEDIATE START Job Types: Full Time
