Accord Care has a fantastic opportunity for a Scheduling Officer to join our team effective immediately. The scheduling officer will respond directly to the Scheduling team leader. As a scheduling officer, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and scheduling casual, part-time, and full-time staff shifts/rosters for the company.
The successful applicant will be highly adaptable and an active team player.
Skills and experience:
The applicant will have previous experience working in a similar role, particularly knowledge of best practice rostering procedures in a similar industry. Accuracy and attention to detail with data entry. Effective communication/time management skills and the ability to liaise effectively with staff and managers to coordinate shifts. Well-developed capacity to manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail. Previous experience with rostering software like Shiftcare (preferably). Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Ability to perform other duties as required. Ability to use relevant software and scheduling system. Benefits:
