Job Description We are seeking a Scheduling Officer to manage and coordinate healthcare appointments for patients.
Your role will ensure healthcare providers can deliver services efficiently while minimizing disruptions to Patients daily routines.
As the primary point of contact, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth logistical coordination and compliance with healthcare protocols.  Key Responsibilities:  Schedule and organize Patients healthcare appointments  Coordinate transportation and ensure all logistical arrangements are in place  Provide medical records and documentation to healthcare providers in advance  Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and healthcare documentation  Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, staff and patients to prevent scheduling conflicts  Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and organizational policies  Qualifications Experience in scheduling, logistics, or healthcare coordination  Familiarity with managing sensitive and confidential information  Previous experience in a healthcare or correctional environment is highly regarded  About You:  Strong organizational and time management skills  Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently  Understanding of healthcare documentation and confidentiality protocols  Additional Information Our Culture:           We are a team working together, we never forget that we're people focused.
