As a Scheduling Officer at Freedom Home Care, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our aged and disability support services in the Launceston area.
This full-time position is responsible for coordinating the schedules of our care workers, matching their availability and skills to the needs of our clients.
You will be a key contributor to the overall success of our operations and the satisfaction of both our clients and care team.This role will be suited to an individual who resides in Launceston or surrounding areas as you will be working along our team in our Launceston based office.What you'll be doingManage the daily scheduling of care workers, allocating them to client appointments based on availability, skillset and client needsLiaise with clients and care workers to understand scheduling requirements and preferencesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of schedules, appointments and client informationAssist with the onboarding and training of new care workersProvide administrative support to the operations team as requiredIdentify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and efficiencyWhat we're looking forExcellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and care workersProficient in using scheduling and client management softwareExperience in a similar scheduling or coordination role, ideally in the aged care or disability support sectorCompassionate and customer-focused approach to service deliveryFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demandsWhat we offerAt Freedom Home Care, we are committed to providing a supportive and fulfilling work environment for our employees.
