Our client, a well-respected not for profit / residential aged care facility, is seeking to hire an additional Scheduling Officer to support their current Rostering Coordinator.
In this role, you will be responsible for rostering approximately 150 staff, including Registered Nurses and Care Staff, who provide care to approx 130 residents on-site.

Key Responsibilities Collaborating closely with the Rostering Coordinator to ensure optimal staff coverage Managing and updating the staff roster, ensuring all shifts are filled efficiently Liaising with staff to manage availability, leave, and shift changes Responding promptly to any rostering challenges or staffing requirements Assisting with other administrative duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the facility #J-18808-Ljbffr
