Job description My Aged Care client has a full time opportunity for an experienced Scheduling Officer to join their high performing team based in Unley. The ideal candidate will assist in providing scheduling services that will enable the effective matching of customer demand, needs and preferences to workforce skills and availability.
Responsibilities of the Position: Deliver excellent customer service to their clients Monitoring and actioning assigned tasks efficiently, accurately and within
deadline Reallocating of visits to cover providers taking planned/unplanned leave Proactively, and professionally liaising with internal stakeholders to support customer changes and additions to their current schedules Proactively ensuring that the service rounds are operating effectively and any variation that is made does not impact other areas negatively Record, monitor and maintain documentation that is compliant to the client's framework, the Aged Care Standards and associated regulations All documentation completed regarding internal or external stakeholders to be completed accurately, and efficiently, using the appropriate documentation process Proactively reporting and documenting any incidents/hazards/concerns and other records as directed Proactively supporting Scheduling Specialists/Team Leaders to achieve the divisional and organisational objectives, goals and outcomes. Essential Criteria: A current National Police Clearance (Under 12 months) Demonstrated experience in a fast paced scheduling/administrative role within a medium to large sized organisation focusing on delivering quality services. Highly developed software literacy skills across all common MSOffice products and ideally in rostering software packages Highly developed prioritisation skills with a proven ability to manage workload in order to achieve business outcomes Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse raw data and present the analysis in an appropriate manner Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation skills Knowledge and understanding of scheduling in an Aged Care and/or Health setting will be advantageous but not essential.
