Central Sydney locationPermanent Full time and Part time roles available (Min 3 days)Competitive hourly rate of $39.00 + superannuation7 additional leave days per year + NFP Salary Packaging + Fitness PassportAged Care Assessment Services (ACAS) operate independently of Catholic Healthcare and plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Older Australians are assessed for the care and services they truly need.
Our ACAS team is expanding, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Officer to join the team.
What will your role look like? You will be responsible for the scheduling of Aged Care Assessment services while providing exceptional customer service to clients or stakeholders.
Day to day this includes:
Scheduling assessments and prioritising as required and communicate scheduling changes to clients and assessorsMatching assessments with assessors who have the appropriate skills and availability, while optimizing their schedulesEnsuring all data is entered accurately while adhering to comments or alertsProviding strong administration support to ACAS staffEscalating complaints to Customer Service Team LeaderProviding quality customer service in all communication to all clients and representatives in a professional and knowledgeable mannerDocumenting all interaction with clients and representativesTo be successful in this role you'll need: A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderlyScheduling/rostering experience preferredExcellent planning, organising and problem-solving skillsA high degree of computer competencyAbility to maintain professionalism and confidentialityCommitment to exceptional customer service both to internal and external stakeholdersWillingness to apply for a Police CheckWhat we can offer you: Competitive hourly pay rateNot-for-profit tax benefits so you pay less taxFitness Passport discounted gym membershipsPaid Parental leaveLong Service leave after 5 yearsApply online now!
