Your organisation As a premium facilities services provider that has been in operation for over 30 years, they are seeking a temporary Scheduling Officer/Administration Assistant to join them on a temporary basis for approximately 4 weeks with an Immediate start.This role works closely with the Customer Service Manager.With a down to earth and mature culture, the role is requiring someone with excellent attention to detail and advanced Excel skills that has had previous experience in a scheduling role.To support their employees, they have a fully equipped gym available for all to use which is a fabulous additional benefit!Your RoleReporting into the Operations Manager, your role will involve: Answering incoming phone calls Replying to text enquiries Responding to email enquiries Telephone appointment scheduling Accurate Data entry Ad hoc administration tasks High level use of ExcelYour Profile You will be highly customer focused both working with, suppliers and key customers. You will be highly organised with a natural sense of urgency and an ability to deliver and problem solve efficiently. You will develop relationships easily and enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people on a daily basis. You will be efficient with a variety of different software programs and pick up new systems quickly. You will be proficient with the MS Office Suite and have high levels of attention to detail.You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will be flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude and have exceptional time management skills and work well under pressure.You will have strong attentional to detail and have the ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.This is a temporary opportunity so you must be available to commence immediately!
