You are inspired by the idea of being involved with a locally owned and operated, family-owned business that is changing the way we deliver home care through our Happier Ageing philosophy.As a Nurse Next Door Scheduling Ninja, you are passionate about Making Lives Better and:Always put clients and staff firstAre warm and caringThink of creative solutions and always find a better wayFollow through with commitments and build great relationshipsGo above and beyond (even when no one is looking!)Job Summary:Hustling with heart to build strong rapport with caregiving staff and clientsCompleting schedules 4 weeks in advance for 90+ staff and 50+ clients across Mackay, Whitsunday, and Isaac regionsResponding to direct messages, emails, and phone callsMonday to Friday 38 hour weeks, with reasonable overtime required as neededMeets Localised Scheduling KPIsSkills and Experience Requirements:This role is not for the faint-hearted - be prepared to roll your sleeves up, with a positive attitude and sense of humor.Exceptional multitasking, coordination, and time management skills are non-negotiable - this is a high-pressure, fast-paced environment currently experiencing rapid growthThinking outside the box is essentialAttention to detail is paramountKnowledge of SCHADs (Social, Community, Home Care, and Disability) and Nursing Awards is desirable but not essentialExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated experience in customer serviceNational Police CheckWorking with Children CheckNDIS Orientation Module & Workers ClearanceBusiness Relationships:Reports to the Managing DirectorWorks closely in partnership with Care Designers, Client Care Ambassadors, and Caregiving team#J-18808-Ljbffr
