This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role (who wouldn't want to be challenged at work?) and will see you lead your team over a diverse range of construction methods and products. Some of the responsibilities include implementation of new and innovative systems, maintaining price books, meetings with suppliers and negotiation of agreements, improvements to accuracy, timeframes and team leadership.
Currently, the team in Perth has a Senior Estimator & Senior Scheduler, as well as an overseas operation which you will be responsible for.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
WA Residential construction experience within an Estimating / Scheduling Team Leader or Management role.Experience using Truth Engine held in high regardHigh level of organisational and time management skillsA proactive mindset with the enthusiasm & passion to want to learn and improve is essentialSelf-motivated and accountable with a passion for residential construction
Who would best suit this role?
You'll be currently in a Team Leader/2IC position where you've had a taste for Team Management, but you might have hit a glass ceiling or your current manager isn't leaving anytime soon and you're frustrated. You'll be looking for the next opportunity to grab with both hands to progress into a head of department.

Currently in a Senior Leadership position, but you're frustrated by lots of corporate red tape. You'll be looking for your next opportunity where you can use your experience and knowledge to coach and develop a team to deliver an award-winning product.
