About the role Join our dynamic Centre for Dementia Learning (CDL) team.
This is a full time, fixed term (for 12 months) position, based in North Ryde, NSW.
Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for: Coordinating administrative functions of CDL programs; recording and reporting customer data, venue hire and other logistical aspects to aid delivery of education Managing the scheduling of resources for education and consulting services Maintaining and coordinating learning management and related IT scheduling systems to ensure successful administration of service delivery Effectively triaging queries and responding to calls regarding learning programs Coordinating facilitator schedules to meet session requirements, including travel and accommodation arrangements Contributing to continuous quality improvement by conducting regular database audits to ensure compliance with RTO standards What is in it for you?

About you To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following: Relevant Certificate, Diploma or Degree with minimum relevant experience (12 months); or 3 years or more relevant experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administration role or similar Experience in education or training sector (desirable) Collaborates with others to enable the delivery of client/customer focused outcomes Communicates clearly and openly with different audiences, actively listens and responds with understanding and respect Thinks and analyses information to understand issues, using logic to problem-solve Our culture statements We are aligned in our Purpose We lead with our Head and Heart We work together Collaboratively About us Dementia Australia is the national peak body and source of trusted information, education and services for the more than 400,000 Australians living with dementia, and the more than 1.5 million people involved in their care.
