We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for a casual vacancy (two days per week) within our Acquired Injury Support Services team based in Launceston. This position will commence mid-January.
What you will be doing in this role:Facilitate appropriately experienced worker for all available shifts and fill unplanned shift vacancies due to sickness, annual leave or training requirements, following industrial obligations and business requirements into account;Work with clients to facilitate their preferences and requirements;Work with key internal stakeholders to ensure the individual needs of clients are met;Complete administration tasks including reporting and data entry.What we can offer you:$38.90 to $40.56 hourly rate (plus casual leave loading) + super;A dynamic, fast-paced environment;Opportunities for personal and professional growth;Collaborative team culture.You must have:Ability to meet scheduling requirements in a fast-paced and changing environment;Ability to use rostering software effectively;Proven organisational and time management skills;Proven customer service, communication, listening and interpersonal skills;Proven administration and computer skills;Previous experience in and/or community disability and/or aged care support (desirable).The Position Description with further information regarding the role can be found below.

The successful applicant will be required to:
Provide a current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration (employment/volunteer category) including NDIS Worker Screening Check;Present an unsupervised contact with children or vulnerable people type National Police Check (no older than 12 months);Provide an International Police Check if you have resided for 12 months or more outside of Australia after the age of 16;Provide a satisfactory Anglicare assessed medical;Provide a current provisional or full Australian Driver Licence.On commencement, the successful applicant will be required to undertake our structured Safeguarding Children Training program.
