We have the added benefit of an innovative, creative and passionate team who are constantly striving to get even better outcomes for our clients.As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will: Be responsible for the creation, administration, and management of rosters for a group of field employees, to ensure client services are covered by employees with appropriate skill levels to achieve the highest standards of client care, whilst adhering to myHomecare policies and proceduresAccurately maintain client rostersDeliver best practice scheduling in preparing long term roster for clients and field staff in a timely and efficient mannerMonitor and ensure all shifts have been delivered for field staffAction and document phone calls and/or communication relating to scheduling: - sick calls, rostering issues, change requests, client enquiriesWe are looking for someone with: Experience in a scheduling/rostering roleMicrosoft Office Suite and Procura experience highly regardedHigh level of verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and can multi-taskAbility to work both within a team and autonomouslyThe right to work in AustraliaNational Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (the myHomecare Group will organise via WorkPro at no cost)Proof of Covid VaccinationWhat will we offer you? A role with true purpose: You get to see how you are making a difference in people's lives every dayBenefits & perks: We have a special program that rewards you for your hard work with discounts to a broad range of brandsOpportunity to grow: We provide up-skilling opportunities, training and networking, to ensure you are constantly able to grow within your careerFlexibility: Work within an organisation that is leading the way in providing care to older Australians and has a national footprint.
