Clean Power Australia is a Top 20 by Volume Solar Retailer based in NSW, QLD, and ACT.
We are looking to expand our Customer Support function.

About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Scheduling and Stock Coordinator to join our passionate team.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with the Maintenance and Repairs teams to schedule appointments.
Schedule appointments efficiently across NSW & QLD based on locations.
Coordinating / cross-team diary management.
Stock ordering.
Keep customers informed and up to date on inquiries during the whole process.
Address scheduling queries via email, phone, and text.
Prioritise critical works and plan them based on resource availability.
Follow scheduling procedures and maintain thorough records.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients inquiring about solar and battery products.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience as a Scheduling Coordinator or similar role.
Strong ability to multi-task.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Familiarity with solar and battery systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Experience in managing travel arrangements and bookings.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Previous experience using CRM systems and keeping records up to date and accurate according to company processes and procedures.
