With a leading reputation for providing trades and construction services in remote mining camps and other remote areas of Australia, Territory Trade Services (ttsBuilt) now has a substantial residential maintenance and renovation division servicing the public housing community throughout Metropolitan Adelaide.

As our business continues its considerable growth, we are seeking to employ a full-time Scheduling Administrator to support our busy Maintenance and Renovation team at our Marleston office.

The Scheduling Administrator is responsible for providing effective and timely administrative support to the business to enable our tradies in multiple disciplines to provide efficient and timely responses to a very busy residential maintenance schedule.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, including:


Creating a daily schedule for our tradies by scheduling jobs, filtering the jobs and allocating to different trades (Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry etc)Processing of completed and ongoing work between our software systemFiltering of technician notes and photos to ensure accurate information is processedMeeting KPI timeframesStock managementManaging of appliancesCommunicating with tenants, including calling and booking in work and taking calls for rescheduling of worksCommunicating directly by phone and in writing with technicians and other external staffTo be successful in this role, you will need the following: Ideally 1+ year experience as a Scheduling Administrator or similar within a construction or trades business or call centre environmentKnowledge of scheduling software such as Simpro would be an advantageProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong communication and troubleshooting skillsConfidence in making calls to clients, tradies and tenantsBenefits Start in August 2024Competitive salary depending on the candidate's qualifications and experienceCareer development opportunitiesOngoing training offeredGrowing business.Supportive team environmentttsBuilt is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from qualified and experienced people from all backgrounds.
