My Not for Profit client has a full-time opportunity for an experienced Scheduling Officer to join their high-performing team based in the City Fringe. The ideal candidate will assist in providing scheduling services that will enable the effective matching of customer demand, needs, and preferences to workforce skills and availability.

Responsibilities Of The Position

Deliver excellent customer service to their community clients.Monitor and action assigned tasks efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines.General scheduling of home care services.Proactively and professionally liaise with internal stakeholders to support customer changes and additions to their current schedules.Record, monitor, and maintain documentation that is compliant with the client's framework, the Aged Care Standards, and associated regulations.Ensure all documentation regarding internal or external stakeholders is completed accurately and efficiently, using the appropriate documentation process.Call clients to confirm services booked and reflect this in the system.Call frontline workers to coordinate services needed.Proactively support Scheduling Specialists/Team Leaders to achieve divisional and organisational objectives, goals, and outcomes.Essential Criteria

A current National Police Clearance (or the ability to apply for one).Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced scheduling/administrative role within a medium to large-sized organisation focusing on delivering quality services.Highly developed software literacy skills across all common MS Office products and ideally in rostering software packages.Highly developed prioritisation skills with a proven ability to manage workload to achieve business outcomes.Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse raw data and present the analysis appropriately.Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation skills.Knowledge and understanding of scheduling in an Aged Care and/or Health setting will be advantageous but not essential.If you are interested in this exciting opportunity and have the relevant skills required, please apply online with your updated CV.
