About the Role As a Rostering Administration Officer you will support our children & family homes in the provision of operational administration support with a particular focus on roster management and HR related activities, as directed and in conjunction with the management staff of the home/s. This is a 6 Month   Temporary  Contract working 76 Hours per fortnight (potential for extension) based at our Eight Mile Plains location. The Children, Youth and Families (CYF) administration team provisions 36 programs with administration support and rostering of over 200 staff to provide services to children, young people and their families. This role reports directly to the Administration Coordinator and is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely organisation and timely scheduling of CYF services to their clients. Responsibilities: Rostering and scheduling of services using templates in accordance with relevant awards and agreements. Coordinate the casual relief pool to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently. Ensure compliance with credential requirements through effective monitoring processes. Coordinate team member orientation and onboarding procedures to facilitate smooth integration. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships internally and externally. Respond promptly to employee rostering and HR queries, ensuring timely resolution. Maintain confidentiality and security by following information management protocols. Assist in documenting and filing necessary information for reports and service requirements. Foster positive team relationships by providing proactive peer support. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for improved ways of working and assist in implementing changes. About You 2 years+ experience in roster management (desirable) with high level accuracy and attention to detail. Exceptional customer service skills, adept at fostering positive client relationships. Collaborative team player, thrives in small team environments. Proficient in verbal and written communication, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Demonstrated ability in time management and analytical thinking. In-depth understanding of award interpretation, ensuring fair and compliant practices. Proven track record in delivering solution-based outcomes for staffing and resource challenges. Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work. Competent computer literacy, including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience using Deputy and/or PayGlobal, would be advantageous Credentials, Qualifications and other Requirements Current Blue Card Current Licensed Care Service check (LCS) Current Driver's License (desirable) Why Join Anglicare?
