Ausreo is expanding our Trade Service Centre Network and have a role in our Trade Service Centre Network Scheduling team working out of our Victorian Trade Service Centre Network reporting to the TSCN Scheduling Manager .
The role will include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities : Interpreting customers approved specifications, structural and architectural drawings Preparation of estimates, bar schedules detailing diameters, grades, shape of bars for production Accurately take off reinforcing steel and preparation of cutting list (works schedule) of reinforcing for manufacture and delivery Communicate with customers, production, site personal and sales Actively promote our products and services to customers to generate maximum sales and margins To Be Successful Possess practical and structural knowledge of products and services within the construction and building industry Extended knowledge of construction sequencing and structural properties and designs Familiarity with all types of structural drawings for construction including domestic, residential, multi-storey and civil works Prior experience within the construction industry will be highly desirable including concreting, steel fixing, construction management and civil works backgrounds Customer orientated and capable of competently liaising with internal staff and customers in a professional and pleasant manner Work in a team environment that fosters getting the job done Relationship building skills.
The ability to be able to multitask between different tasks.
