Scheduler / Rostering Officer

Join a NFP on Brisbane Southside on a contract basis for the next 2 months.

The Rostering Officer will be responsible for providing scheduling support for the day-to-day operational management for all sites.
Shifts on Offer : 6am to 2pm and 11am to 7pm.
In this role you can expect to be the : Direct point of contact for employees in relation to roster management.Manage rostering for sites and individual client supports, shift swaps and any other roster changes daily.Develop and maintain a good rapport with staff and stakeholders.Respond to and appropriately manage employee queries in regard to their rosters.We will value : Previous rostering experience - highly valued.Experience in a fast paced customer service environment.Good communication skills and ability to multi-task.Ability to negotiate and manage stakeholders.Strong IT skills (including UKG).A blue & yellow card. #J-18808-Ljbffr
