The office-based Scheduler is responsible for the timely and cost-effective scheduling of the required site attendance bookings for our national team of internal and external partner contractor restoration technicians. The role works closely with our teams of technicians, sub-contractors, and project coordinators and reports to the Linx Operations Manager.
Key activities include but are not limited to: Initial contact with customers and triage of new allocationsTimely and cost-effective national scheduling of internal and partner contractor restoration workforceUsage/updating of scheduling portalConsistent and accurate administration of assigned allocationsLiaising with stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and regular updatesDesired skills and experience: An understanding of the restoration and/or building repair process, critical inspection points, and WHS requirementsTrack record of establishing and maintaining long-term relationships/accountsExceptional organisational and time management skillsProactive and outcome-focusedAbility to act independently and multi-taskHigh attention to detail with excellent communicationDue to our business being mostly weather-related and linked to major insurable events, overtime is occasionally required during these event times to assist in the increased workloads.
