Eye for detail? We are looking for an organised Residential Scheduler to keep projects flowing.

SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW ROLE WILL ENTAIL Full details will be provided at the client interview but will include:
Provide accurate Bill of Quantities for residential construction projectsRaise purchase orders and distribute to relevant suppliers/contractors as requiredLiaise with suppliers and sub-contractorsLiaise with internal staffReview engineering details, working drawings, specifications and addendas whilst completing quantity take-offs.Communicate effectively to Supervisors WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH Reports to Operations Manager and Construction Manager and works with a high performing team.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE Minimum 3 years experience in a scheduling position within a WA Residential builderUnderstanding of construction methodsExperience using some form of Construction softwareGood understanding of Microsoft ExcelGreat communication & interpersonal skillsShows initiative and ability to work autonomouslyGood time management skillsWorks well within a team YOUR NEW COMPANY Located in Osborne Park, they are a successful and well-respected Project Home builder.
