Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium comprising of industry leading Tier 1 organisations - John Holland, Service Stream and WSP. Sydney Water has partnered with D4C to deliver design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across their southern region - from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to Georges River.D4C is seeking a Scheduler to join our dynamic, diverse and high performing team in an exciting time of growth. We need your skills and expertise to help Sydney Water deliver a $34 billion dollar program over the next 10 years to build, maintain and protect the future of our iconic water resources.Primary PurposeYou will be responsible for preparing project schedules and plans covering the full project scope and all phases, as well as optimisation of schedules to ensure delivery of all projects and programs are meeting objectives, timelines and budgets.This position will require you to liaise with key stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned, including; Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Engineers, & Supervisors.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and maintain Project schedules with consideration of standard scheduling requirementsEstablish project key milestones and identify critical path for the project and detail in the scheduleAssist with review and endorsement of Subcontractor SchedulesPrepare and monitor variance reports in respect of progress, time, costs and resources against plan; Earned Value reporting.Participation in Project reviews and provide timely feedback and support to key stakeholders to ensure quality and consistent level of performance is maintainedResource load and cost load the schedules.Preparing and analysing Extension of TimeEssentialRecent work experience in a similar positionQualification in business, engineering or related fieldKnowledge of current StandardsSystems experience; Primavera and MS OfficeGreat technical/analytical skillsGood communication skills and working in an integrated team environmentHighly motivated, eager to learn and loyalWe welcome and encourage applications from diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, LGBTQIA+, people with disability, people with caring responsibilities, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and veterans.What's next?If this sounds like you, click `Apply' and send an up-to-date CV outlining your skills and experience.
