About the roleThe Scheduler is responsible for co-ordinating high quality and timely administration, support and reporting services which support the development of integrated training delivery plans for TAFESA. This will incorporate consideration of the sequencing of training activities, associated learning materials, physical facilities and utilisation of the relevant TAFESA systems.
The Scheduler also develops and maintains positive and collaborative working relationships with Education staff to ensure an up-to-date schedule of activities and to ensure the maintenance of records as required. The Scheduler will be required to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).
Out of hours work will be required. Please refer to the Role Description for all Special Conditions.
