Description We are looking for a superstar scheduler to join our Right at Home Perth Northern Suburbs and Perth West Coast team on a permanent full-time basis.

Liaison with brokers, other referral sources, staff members, carer staff, clients and their families as needed Ensure all client contact is managed in an empathetic, friendly, engaging and patient manner to quickly build rapport, trust, and confidence with your stakeholders. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed On-call on a rotating roster About you Demonstrative experience in scheduling and rostering in the Home Care and Community setting Understanding of the SCHADs award, ensuring compliance Confident working in a fast-paced environment Strong professional communication and customer service skills Developed time-management skills with the ability to multitask to meet competing priorities and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office and VisualCare or other rostering software The ability to use initiative, work independently and collaboratively Understanding of the local geographical area Qualifications Essential: Current Australian National Police Check Current First Aid and CPR certificate Valid driver's license and your own reliable registered vehicle NDIS check or willingness to obtain Preferred Skills Understanding of the local geographical area Cert III in Home and Community Care, Aged Care, or Disability.
