An exciting opportunity for an experienced Labour Scheduler to join the dynamic CGA team

THE POSITION
Manage the scheduling of planned/ unplanned shutdowns, Mobilisations, Functions and BAU requirements for all sites Provide input into the development, implementation and update of site based casual pools Develop and maintain effective business relationships Day to day liaison with operational managers and site managers for all casual staffing requirements When possible utilise the most cost effective labour opportunity available Manage requests for additional services effectively Manage Agency requests Maintain casual pools and PAR levels THE PERSON
Previous experience in a Scheduling position or similar Strong communication skills and the ability to use effective leadership and communication styles to motivate and retain staff High levels of attention to detail and possess a pro-active approach Ability to work under pressure, fast-paced and be adaptable Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel THE BENEFITS
