An exciting opportunity for an experienced Labour Scheduler to join the dynamic CGA team
THE POSITION
Manage the scheduling of planned/ unplanned shutdowns, Mobilisations, Functions and BAU requirements for all sitesProvide input into the development, implementation and update of site based casual poolsDevelop and maintain effective business relationshipsDay to day liaison with operational managers and site managers for all casual staffing requirementsWhen possible utilise the most cost effective labour opportunity availableManage requests for additional services effectivelyManage Agency requestsMaintain casual pools and PAR levelsTHE PERSON
Previous experience in a Scheduling position or similarStrong communication skills and the ability to use effective leadership and communication styles to motivate and retain staffHigh levels of attention to detail and possess a pro-active approachAbility to work under pressure, fast-paced and be adaptableStrong computer skills including Microsoft ExcelTHE BENEFITS
