Our client in the Residential Building sector is currently seeking a highly organised, results orientated Scheduler to coordinate resources, manage schedules, and foster strong relationships in their team.
Permanent, full-time position. Excellent company culture Optional RDO Responsibilities include:
Compile accurate 'Bill of Quantities' ensuring materials and resources align with the construction plan. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials to support the build process. Create and issue purchase orders, checking invoices for accuracy and processing payments. Maintain ongoing communication with Construction Supervisors, assisting with variations and requisitions. Monitor construction progress through our works management system and resolve scheduling issues. Develop and nurture relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Skills and experience required:
Previous experience in scheduling or construction coordination in the Western Australian Building Industry. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in works management systems. Strong Mathematic and analytic skills. Excellent stakeholder management ability. Commitment to safety and risk management practices. To Apply
