This reputable residential building company are part of one of WA's key construction groups. Having been in the market for over 20 years they are highly regarded for their quality of homes and focus heavily on customer satisfaction. Within the wider group they have various brands focusing on residential builds ranging from the first homebuyers' market to luxury custom homes up to triple storey.
They are currently looking for an experienced Scheduler to join the business on a permanent full-time capacity. They would also be open to someone with a construction background who holds relevant tertiary and is eager to get into a Scheduling position.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Scheduler Previous residential building experience is essential Good communication skills, ability to liaise verbally and electronically with designers, engineers, contractors and supervisors Strong time management skills Must enjoy working in a team environment Accuracy in numbers Strong IT skills, ideally BEAMS experience Ability to work whilst under pressure when experiencing tight deadlines
