About the Role: WorkPac are currently seeking a Scheduler to join the team at Rio Tinto within the Traditional Owner Partnership Department. The role will operate on a Monday to Friday roster based out of Central Park. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced professional who can provide a full range of administrative and project support to the wider project team. The successful candidate will be committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, evaluating, and implementing improvement opportunities utilising a range of Rio Tinto best practices. Key Responsibilities will include: Maintain and develop the Traditional Owner integrated schedule/plan for Heritage fieldwork and engagements. Assisting with the creation and maintenance of Project Scheduling Support cadence on reporting cycles for short-term schedule. Collaborate with Integrated Heritage Management Process and Long-term schedule to streamline and integrate into TO integrated schedule. Identify and report schedule issues to enable decision-making across the business. Support and upskill wider heritage team on System enhancements to simplify inputs and prioritisation of work in TO integrated schedule, tracking of agenda/scope and reconciliation of works. Sustained process for delivering inputs into 12-month and 5-year plans. Skills & Experience Required: Proficient with MS Suite and MS Projects Exposure to PowerBI Project Coordinating experience beneficial Short term scheduling, planning and prioritisation skills. Stakeholder engagement Drive performance to deliver outcomes.
